    问过我妈才知道,原来很早之前我就去过陈家沟了,难怪我回忆中总有那么点印象,据说是在第一次太极拳年会之前,到现在说什么也快20年了,明年我想再故地重游一把

    heroes

    HEROES AND VILLAINS
    A child is born to innocence. A child is drawn towards good. Why then do so many among us go so horribly wrong? What makes some walk the path of darkness while others choose the light? Is it will? Is it destiny? Can we ever hope to understand the force that shapes the soul? To fight evil, one must know evil; one must journey back through time and find that fork in the road, where heroes turn one way and villains turn another.

    EXISTENCE
    There are many ways to define our fragile existence; many ways to give it meaning. But it is our memories that shape its purpose and give it context. The private assortment of images: fears, loves, regrets� for it�s the cruel irony of life that we are destined to hold the dark with the light, the good with the evil, success with disappointment� this is what separates us, what makes us human. And in the end, we must fight to hold on to.

    ESCAPE
    The Earth is large. Large enough that you think you can hide from anything. From Fate. From God. If only you found a place far enough away. So you run. To the edge of the Earth. Where all is safe again. Quiet, and warm. The solace of salt air. The peace of danger left behind. The luxury of grief. And maybe, for a moment, you believe you have escaped.

    DESTINY
    You do not choose your destiny, it chooses you. And those that knew you before Fate took you by the hand cannot understand the depth of the changes inside. They cannot fathom how much you stand to lose in failure...that you are the instrument of flawless Design. And all of life may hang in the balance. The hero learns quickly who can comprehend and who merely stands in your way.

    SURVIVAL
    When evolution selects its agents, it does so at a cost. It makes demands in exchange for singularity. And you may be asked to do something against your very nature. Suddenly, the change in your life that should have been wonderful, comes as a betrayal. It may seem cruel, but the goal is nothing short of self-preservation. Survival.

    CHANGE
    When we embrace what lies within, our potential knows no limit. The future is filled with promise. The present, rife with expectation. But when we deny our instinct, and struggle against our deepest urges... Uncertainty begins. Where does this path lead? When will the changes end? Is this transformation a gift... or a curse? And for those that fear what lies ahead... The most important question of all... Can we ever change what we really are?

    TRUTH
    In the beginning there was discovery. A confusion of elements. The first snowfall of impossible change. Old lives undone, left behind. Strange faces, made familiar. New nightmares, to challenge sleep. New friends, to feel safe with. Only then comes control. The need to impose order unto chaos, through determination through study, through struggle. All in defiance of a thundering truth. They�re here, and the earth shudders underfoot.

    EVOLUTION
    Evolution is an imperfect, and often violent process. Morality loses it's meaning. The question of good and evil, reduced to one simple choice: Survive? Or perish?

    气质美如兰,才华复比仙。天生成孤癖人皆罕。你道是唆肉食——腥膻, 视绮罗——俗厌。却不知太高人愈妒,过洁世同嫌。可叹这,青灯古殿人将老;辜负了,红粉朱楼春色阑。到头来,依旧是风尘肮脏违心愿。好一似,无瑕白玉遭泥陷;又何须,王孙公子叹无缘。

    梦魔

    我于梦中入魔,有狂笑之意,然心尚有灵明,取其生死不惊之念,则从梦中醒,复安然。功法越深,越易有神魔之扰。如意不坚,心不定,则身为所占,无能控也,修行者戒之忌之。

    李小龙

    最近接触武术比较多,更是花了两天时间把李小龙的片子又温习了一遍,可以说以前我看的是热闹,这次开始看出点门道来了。李小龙所有的片子中,最有看头的只有两部,龙争虎斗和死亡塔,有人说龙争虎斗是李小龙的巅峰之作,无可否认,在此片中,李小龙的劲力以及兵器的表现是精彩绝伦的,可以说是外在表现力最强的。但我更喜欢死亡塔多点,在死亡塔中李小龙的功夫开始由外转内,劲力内敛,可以说是到了由有形转无形的化境,其中电影中两个配角,少林方丈和李小龙好友也都是有真材实料的功夫,令人叹为观止。
     
    我分析了一下李小龙的功夫,得出以下几个结论:第一,最重要的腿法,来在少林。第二,拳法和寸劲来自南拳中的永春。第三,棍法也来自少林。第四,双节棍,自创。当然,李小龙对传统功夫都进行了自我修改和创新,创出了适合自己的功夫,截拳道。我想我这一代,因为离李小龙那个年代有些遥远,所以没有几个相信真功夫的存在,因为事实上也确实见不到几个有真功夫的人了。或是真人不漏像,就算见到了,也往往不知道。李小龙最大的贡献就是解开了武术神秘的面纱,功夫其实很简单,练得其法,自然会有效果。
     
    当然李小龙也不是十全十美,第一是功夫偏刚少柔,遇到比自己刚的,就比较容易受伤。第二是缺少内功修习,换句话说就是懂得了用劲,但还不到懂得用气的地步。我听我师傅说,李小龙增经拜我师公为师为学习气功,但最终碍于门派身份,不了了之。我最佩服李小龙的一点就是,能够学以为用,把传统武术转换成比较自己的东西,不求花哨,只求实用。
     
    这世上因为千千万万个学武的人,而生了千千万万个门派,风格,其实武学道理万变不离其宗,功夫的套路可以有很多,但功夫的道理却只有一个,功夫的应用可以有很多,但功夫的实质却只有一个。武术,无非就是,不断提高完善自己,只有自强不息,方可立于不败之地。

    太极拳与河图洛书

    太极拳的理论基础就是建立在洛书的哲理之上。用洛书的哲理指导者太极拳的实践,用实践完善着太极拳的理论体系,使太极拳文化成为集“阴阳学说”、“五行学说”、“八卦学说”、“河洛文化”、“中医、中药学”、“气功导引术”和“武术文化”之大成的一门独立的社会学科。
      洛书是由二十个黑圆圈和二十五个白圆圈组成,共四十五个圆圈,其中黑者为阴,白者为阳。《陈氏太极图说》曰:“洛书四十五数,一三七九奇数居四正,天地水火也。二四六八偶数居四隅,雷风山泽也。五居中,为黄极,太极也。继横斜正数之皆得十五,以符八节,内含勾三股四弦五者,八隐寓矩方合成河图规圆,凡太极拳之周旋曲折,皆依为法而莫能外”。朱熹在《周易本义•图说》中,总结该图的特点为:“洛书盖起龟象,故其数戴九履一,左三右七,二四为肩,六八为足”。
      陈鑫在《陈氏太极拳图说》的《洛书太极说》中记述:“上右图一二三四五六七八九,挨次连三方者,天地体数顺行也。上左图(图7—8)一四七二五八三六九,隔次连三角者,甲子用数逆行也。拳家缠丝精法所走之路适于相仿。右仰手与左俯手相向,若抱右手在下,从一向二向三向六行;头领两足,从九向八向七向四行,四六同向五扭缥猛力一抖,气结中宫。左仰手在下,从一向四向七向八行;头领两足,从九向六向三向二行,二八同向五扭缥猛力一抖,气结中宫。左右扭缥落点时,头手足皆成一二三,或一四七矩折三角形,若兼带仰俯伸缩法规据,方为完全合一。久练纯熟,则起落进退旋转自由,而轻重虚实刚柔齐发,乃识太极确有真相,非徒托诸空言矣”。
      陈鑫在《陈氏太极拳图说》的《太极拳外形正图》中记述:“太极拳仿洛书作行体方正图。洛书实为方形之祖,犹是智欲圆而行欲方之意,且太极拳实系外方而内圆,上圆而下方,方者其形,圆者其神也。耍拳者不可不知。
      打拳虽有时倚斜,然斜之中自寓有方正之意。
      此八角方形也,一摸其棱即成太极圆图矣。方有圆生,圆因方成,此方圆相同之理,要皆本一字所生”。
      《杨禄禅太极拳谱》中对洛书的记述:“河图形圆数偶,洛书形方数奇。太极仿河图之圆缠洛书之方,为阴付阳。其缠法从指头缠起,数一至腕,数二至肘,数三至膀,数四过百会收于丹田,数五由丹田发出过百会至膀,数六至肘,数七至腕,数八至指根,数九至指端,数十以十缠九必至其端,而十方有归宿。足与手同,其所异者只是足过会阴和手之过百会,是河图之数于十,所以缠之至十而尽,复返于一。仿洛书之节九,被河图之圆有十所缠为阳纳阴。其缠法是指根为一节,至腕为二节,至肘为三节,至膀为四节,过百会为五节,由丹田发出过百会至膀为六节,至肘为七节,至腕为八节,至指为九节。洛书节九不够河图十所缠,所以数至于指端而劲仍至梢。足与手同,其所异者只是足过会阴和手之过百会,是洛书之数极于九,所以被缠者其数只九,亦是周而复始。其中收于丹田为阴,发于手指端为阳,总之,所收所发一切皆以丹田为本。
      呼气为阳,为合,是为内外合,四肢合,发人也,为顺,为静。
      呼气为阴,为开,是为升裆,升胯,心肾开,为逆,为动”。
      综上所述,太极拳是由河洛文化、阴阳学说、五行学说、八卦学说与武术文化完美结合的产物,是中华民族文化的结晶。太极拳爱好者要想学习太极拳,研究太极拳,必须首先先掌握一些河洛文化的基础知识。用陈鑫先生的话来总结就是对河图、洛书知识“耍拳者不可不知”。
     
    ---太极源于易经数术,有河图洛书之象生螺旋缠丝之说,所以太极拳法融天地之象,穷万物至理,为内家拳法中很高深的拳法,融内功与拳法于一炉,大道只简至易,是以男女老少皆可研习,然非通懂易经之说者方可修得上乘,学拳者切忌。古有太极神通,以手捕雀,困雀于掌心不得脱,盖雀飞需双脚借力,如无力可借,如何能飞否?
